Human connection is sacred.

We all want and need to be seen, and heard. I come from a Humanistic and Attachment based background, utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman method when working with partners.

It’s possible to improve your relationship. To gain trust. To step out of the negative cycles where you’re getting stuck. I help you, and your partner identify underlying patterns that can be changed so that you can reconnect in a secure, deep way.

  • Maybe you’re going through a painful break up. Maybe your partner isn’t ready to jump into therapy yet, but you are. That’s okay! We can build insight and create lots of change by identifying attachment, interpersonal communication, and strategies to help promote change within your own heart, in your relationship, or your next one.

  • Together we will identify attachment wounds in the relationship, rigid patterns leading to dysfunction, distress, and disconnection.

  • Together or individually, I work with people to process the emotions of the end of a marriage or partnership, hold space for the grief and loss, and navigating all of the changes. I am trained in discernment counseling for those who feel they are at a cross roads in their relationship.

For those who are committed to going through the process together, I practice ‘Conscious Uncoupling’, developing by Kathryn Woodward Thomas, to pursue a healing, kind, and respectful future for you, your partner, and family.
